Add to EJ Playlist We were hanging out at the Central Park Zoo and saw this cop car unattended... So, Eleonore filmmed me doing something really dumb. I should be typing this from prison. THIS IS A RED BUCKET BUTTON.
On a serious note, we made this quickly in between takes while making our movie, The Pleasure Of Being Robbed

Add to EJ Playlist This is an Emmy award winning story shot by a photojournalist from WSYX/WTTE (ACB/FOX) in Columbus, OH heard a chase going down on his police scanner. The chase involved multiple juristictions (Columbus police and Gahanna police and Franklin Co. Sheriff's) so he decided to find a spot ahead of the chase to pull over and get some video of the cruisers as they flew past. Amazingly enough the Gahanna cop who has special training made a bold move right there in front of his camera! He did what is called a P.I.T. move. This swings the car around and allows the cop to use his cruiser to block the driver in the car. This suspect however chose to climb out the passenger door and the foot chase was on. The photographer pulled his camera off of his tri-pod and joined in as Columbus officers chased him down and tackled him. Watch carefully! The photographer reaches the scene before most of the officers involved in the pursuit! This is not like the show "COPS" (which I love) where the crew is already in the cruiser as it pulls up to the scene. This was a seasoned photographer trusting his instincts and placing himself at the right place at the right time. "COPS" photographers also use smaller cameras to make it easier to run along on a chase. In this case the photographer is carrying a much bigger news camera.
This is the work of a seasoned and dedicated journalist!
Add to EJ Playlist DALWORTHINGTON, Texas -- The wife of an officer involved in the high-speed chase of a motorcyclist Thursday morning watched the incident unfold on a television in a neonatal intensive care unit where their triplets were receiving care.
The chase unfolded live on NBC 5 Thursday morning. Officers said William Marshall Storey's motorcycle reached speeds of more than 100 mph during his jaunt through six North Texas cities and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
When a Dalworthington motorcycle officer pulled up next to him, police said, Storey refused to stop and narrowly missed hitting the officer, Cpl. Greg Petty.
Add to EJ Playlist Garden City, New York- A routine police chase suddenly turns sharply in the direction of the "Twilight Zone," after what seems like the vehicle they were chasing was nothing short of a Ghost Car.
Add to EJ Playlist Brisbane, Australia- Sedan leads police on the fastest pursuit ever caught on tape in Austraila, topping speeds of 125 mph before coming to a halt after being clipped by another vehicle after running a red light.
