This is definitely a one-off video, but I have decided to start offering tutoring services for any and all of my viewers interested in taking the GRE or interested in boosting their current GRE scores. This video mainly applies to college sophomores, juniors and seniors. However, if you are interested in going back to graduate school and have to take the GRE, I have an great offer for you. I have consistently scored a 'perfect' score on the writing portion of the GRE (a 6.0, which qualifies in the 99 percentile). I have also scored a 'perfect' score on the verbal reasoning portion of the GRE (it used to be an 800, but now the score is a 170). I scored well on the quantitative, but I am only offering tutoring for the first two sections--the sections where I can offer good direction, advice, and skills for achieving the illusive perfect score :) For $45 per hour (in two hour increments), I am offering online (most likely via Skype) tutoring sessions for the analytical writing (issue essay/argument essay) and verbal reasoning portions of the GRE. If you are interested in one and not the other, we will just focus on what you wish to improve. A two hour session would go something like this (for example): First hour - consultation, discussion, explaining the section and what is required, and assigning sample essays. In the middle of the session, you will take a break to complete the two essays (this is like a trial run). You can stay on skype or sign off...I'm very flexible. The second hour will consist of evaluating your responses. I will tell you what score you would most likely receive and then we can work from there. I will also suggest how to develop your essay to achieve a much higher score based on what the ETS evaluators are looking for (how the essays are scored is largely unknown to test takers). If you aren't sure how to even approach the essays, we can start from scratch too! From my experience, there is a handful of things that you can work into your essay responses that will be looked upon favorably and will definitely boost your score. After doing some online research, I decided to purchase this item and see if it would work for me. I have definitely seen/heard mixed reviews about this product, but if used properly, consistently and on setting 5, I have a feeling that this device is going to work. At first glance, this seems like a perfect item for treating all body areas and ridding the hair permanently (crossed fingers). A lot of people don't have the money, time, or the desire to have laser techs around their private areas, haha! I've always been someone who likes to take matters into my own hands :D Plus the laser is relatively inexpensive when compared to the prices of laser hair removal clinics. In this video, I talk about what ingrown hair is...how hairs become 'ingrown', and how to treat these ingrown hairs. This concealer lived up to 90% of the hype. It is a bit drying, but that doesn't affect its performance or appearance...so it all comes down to a matter of "feel" or general preference. I cannot compare the Chantecaille Biolift concealer and the Hourglass concealer because they are both so different. Suffice it to say that I had a bad CCO experience, although my experience at various CCOs have usually been relatively pleasant. ***My comment about MAs or counter assistants is not meant to sound rude--it has just been my honest experience 100% of the time. Maybe it's because I am a guy, but I always find MAs very rude, unhelpful, ignorant about their products, etc. (whether at a Chanel counter, a La Mer counter, or a drug store counter). Maybe it's also because I live in L.A.
