Add to EJ Playlist  Something a bit different today... I get no questions regularly asking me how to make Chinese style healthy soup. Hence I made this video - once you've tried these you won't go back to Delia. My mother making me a soup with good ingredients which are pretty common (apart from carrots) and can be found cheaply in a Chinese supermarket. She also shows me how to make a simple berry drink (which tastes really good, can be served chilled etc.) I had to dub out the talking and put music over it because cooking in the kitchen with four women descended into an fight. Also, no comments about my Mum's hideous fleece. She's had it since 1987 - its served her well. The soup does really taste good, it's different from canned Oxtail but I promise you it's still lovely.
