Reflecting on 2012, Anticipating 2013
Add to EJ Playlist 2012 was filled with many national and global events and occurrences that was felt and experienced by many of us corporately. From the Olympics to the U.S. Elections, Political unrest in the Middle East to Government overthrows, Benghazi or Osama Bin Laden's death, to many natural & human disasters, we have corporately felt the heightened emotions as a result of them. Many are still suffering from economic challenges or natural disasters and storms. There has been an indelible influence on each of us emotionally as we watched in horror what occurred in the Aurora, Colorado movie theater shootings, and most recently the horrific killings at the Newtown, Connecticut elementary school. Although, there have been many happy and joyous times throughout the year, much of them have been overshadowed by so many other things. May we find a place of restoration, refreshing and renewed hopes as we set perspective for the coming year.
