Ausakun: It's a free to play game, but you can pay money to get EXP boosts or buy champions.
Ausakun: Also! If you do the package thing, everything that you do in the closed beta gets transferred to the release. So it's not like you'd loose everything.
Ausakun: No release date yet, but the closed beta starts the 31st.
Alek Roy: I'm not a diehard LoL fan, but I'm pretty sure that LoL pros just past the salary of starcraft (the old money maker for pro gamers). So whether or not LoL requires "skill" it's still the highest paid game to play. Also, what do you consider a 'real gamer" to be?
