fpsd0minat0r: thanks for the video! in most cases, it probably still is easier to use sort option and then an easy formula. but like you said, if the commission changes then IF formula auto-updates.

fpsd0minat0r: what do you mean? he just wrote 'bonus', once he filled in the IF formula, it automatically checks that he has more 'employees' and autofills the formula. If this doesnt work (possibly if you have gaps in between some employees, you can drag the cell down.
