dherf4: Well, techno is for people on herion and living in the underground of old buildings and on poverty. So since it's never mentioned in FM radio, or MTV or VH1 or at the Kennedy Honors honoring the mighty led zeppelin and duran duran... then it's not music. Sorry dude! it's not! doesn't make people cry, doesn't make it to the charts, doesn't do anything for black or hispanics... maybe white patties, but not any other ethnics. Techno is just a Computer word being used to get a job.

Greg Ingram: andy taylor played on american science. he didnt finish the whole song and was filled by warren cucorullo. he just finished what was started with that track. i personally rate it as one the best duran duran tracks...certainly in top 20 - nearer 10. its magnificent...the notroious album was marvellous...winter marches on, proposition, vertigo...the singles were the weakes (el presidente and skin trade esp). american science reminds me of Finest Hour - similar tracks to me. Both A T too.
