Braden Huffman: And how many released over 60 albums in their lifetime while and broke into major pop culture, becoming a household name? Are there any artists as prolific? Maybe the Residents, but obviously their compositions are far less complicated and diverse musically.

Ingramdumpkiss: Hi Braden yes I think Zappa is more accessible than John Cage, though they are different beasts with different objectives. I have a lot of appreciation for atonal music from different cultures with alternative key structures and time signatures, and while Zappa is usually interesting he is not THE only great great visionary and experimenter you and others seem to think. Being unique or different is not enough - there are plenty like that. And your immature asinine insults reflect badly on you.

Braden Huffman: And ALOT of his music with vocals showcased vocalists that have out of this world singing talent, while typically being trained multi-instrumentalists. Some of the finest available. This also obviously applied to his strictly instrumentalists as well.
