When the Yamaha R1 first arrived on the  superbike scene a decade ago it  represented the next evolution of the  open class sportbike motorcycle. Ten  years later the R1 is still on the  cutting edge of literbike design.

max kors: totally agree wit u there. i think it looks better than pretty much all the new bikes coming out. Id get it and mod it up just for the looks rather than get a newer bike

thepilotguy123: The intakes in the front and the fairing on the sides are different between the two. Plus minutely but surely the rear fairing is molded a little differently.
