Full version of I started a joke...this  one has the speaky bits in it. It's not  from a film or anything that I know, and that's David Hoyle in the vid (but Mike  Patton's voice).
Sorry it's not very  good quality - it's from the VHS and me  video ain't so hot.

Brollyhero93: Basically this amazing song is about a person who does something very stupid and controversial. Other people start to hate him, detest him and want him to disappear from this world. The person who (started the joke) did that terrible thing, now apologizes deeply and regrets his actions. But, society won't forgive him, and he kills himself. The people then start to rejoice and live happy lives, and are glad that he is dead. In other words, the society were the true monsters. Not the guy...
