Bobzeaux: First of all, it was 3 seasons, not 2. Secondly, sales of Batman comics had slowed to a trickle before this show, and DC Comics was this close to cancelling the book. While Neal Adams and Frank Miller did return Batman to what he was meant to be, they wouldn't have been given the chance if not for the bat-mania brought on by this show. You're free to not laugh at this show if you don't want to, but at the end of the day, it deserves your respect for keeping Batman alive.
