The Shining Movie (HD - Classic Horror Film) - Here's Johnny Scene (Axe Scene)-- It's in 720p HD (3D option works well too)--I did a Pan & Scan edit (camera verite)--I like the effect it made (I know, I know, I'm not Kubrick). Higher res version with Stereo 3D option (click 3D button in lower right corner). 3D works best with red/blue 3D glasses. Refer to how to make 3D glasses:http://shelf3d.com/sIEn9z0oBE8) or switch to 'cross-eyed' mode (if you can cross your eyes). Actually, 'cross-eyed' works pretty good at full screen. Danny writes "REDЯUM" in lipstick on the bathroom door. When Wendy sees this in the bedroom mirror, the letters spell out "MURDER". Jack (who has gone 'insane') begins to chop through the door leading to his family's living quarters with a fire axe. Wendy frantically sends Danny out through the bathroom window, but cannot get through it herself. Jack then starts chopping through the bathroom door as Wendy screams in horror; he leers through the hole he has made, shouting "Here's Johnny!", but backs off after Wendy slashes his hand with a butcher knife. The Shining is a 1980 psychological horror film produced and directed by Stanley Kubrick, co-written with novelist Diane Johnson, and starring Jack Nicholson, Shelley Duvall, Scatman Crothers, and Danny Lloyd. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Stephen King. A writer, Jack Torrance, takes a job as an off-season caretaker at an isolated hotel. His young son possesses psychic abilities and is able to see things from the past and future, such as the ghosts who inhabit the hotel.
