mphello: No, Assange won't be. First, he's broken no US laws and he is not a US citizen. He's been in the UK for over a year now, the most extradite-happy country on earth. If the UK hasn't extradited him to the USA, why should Sweden? Secondly, there is no proof that Manning did anything illegal. That is just some excessive bureaucratic regulation restricting him passing on vital info to people who need to know.

mphello: How do we know Manning didn't do the US military a service by revealing the secret locations of the enemies to the world? Ironic how all the anti-big-government conservatives who want govt out of the lives of citizens instantly rush to defend the US army and any decision they make, even though there is nothing special about the US military. It's just another agency of the US govt, like the EPA or Dept of Education.

mphello: Anyone who supports the military supports and advocates violence. By definition, that's what the military does: kill people. If you think the cause of nationalism justifies the use of violence, fine. But don't you dare tell others what causes anyone else may use violence for: animal rights, stopping manmade climate change, overthrowing the Federal Reserve and Goldman Sachs.
